Welcome to eshatoto. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and eshatoto ("eshatoto", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://eshatoto.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interface, subdomain, or application made available by eshatoto from time to time.

eshatoto provides online lottery, sports betting, live casino, slot games, and related entertainment services primarily to users in Malaysia. All services are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of local payment methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian banking institutions including Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the eshatoto Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full, including any policies incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the eshatoto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. eshatoto applies a strict minimum age of 21 in accordance with responsible gambling standards for casino and lottery-style gaming activities. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk and in breach of these Terms.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, or who are acting under the influence of substances at the time of registering, are not eligible to open an Account.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on the eshatoto Platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names or identification documents, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any voluntary self-exclusion arrangement with eshatoto. If you have previously self-excluded from the Platform, you must contact our support team before any new account registration is considered.
• Not an Employee or Affiliate: Employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of eshatoto and its affiliated entities are not eligible to maintain a gaming Account on the Platform.

When registering an Account on eshatoto, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. eshatoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You must notify eshatoto immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of Account security.
• All activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed and transactions initiated — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in writing.
• eshatoto reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where we reasonably suspect that the Account holder's identity information is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in your Account with any third party.

Identity Verification (KYC): eshatoto reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Standard KYC documents include a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered residential address (within the past three months), and a selfie holding your identity document. Verification typically takes 24–48 business hours. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

By using the eshatoto Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that:

• All games on the Platform are games of chance. eshatoto does not guarantee any outcome or any return on any wager placed. Past wins or outcomes are not indicative of future results.
• You use the Platform at your own risk and are solely responsible for all decisions regarding your gameplay, including the amounts wagered.
• eshatoto provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to planned and unplanned maintenance windows. We target99.7% uptime and will endeavour to give advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
• You must not use any automated system, software, bot, script, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain any unfair advantage.
• You must not attempt to exploit software errors, bugs, glitches, or any technical vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winings derived from exploiting an error are void and will be reversed.
• You must not engage in any activity that would constitute fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities through the Platform.

eshatoto processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are available on the Platform, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:

• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer / FPX: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating FPX member banks
• DuitNow: QR-based transfers via participating Malaysian financial institutions
• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuer restrictions)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) via verified wallet addresses

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon successful processing by our payment gateway. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. eshatoto does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once KYC is completed, most MYR e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow) are processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day during standard Malaysian banking hours. eshatoto reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawal requests.

Currency: All balances, wagers, bonuses, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). No conversion to foreign currencies is offered directly through the Platform.

eshatoto offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover). The applicable multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonus amounts must be wagered the required number of times before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is capped as specified in the applicable promotion terms — generally between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Placing a bet that exceeds this cap while a bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, whilst table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window, which may be 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claiming. Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses will be removed from the Account upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus promotion may be active in a Member's Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse and Fraud: eshatoto reserves the right to withold or reclaim any bonus where it suspects that a Member has abused, exploited, or coluded in the abuse of any promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group wagering, or arbitrage betting.

All wagers placed on the eshatoto Platform are governed by the specific rules of each game or betting market. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that game or event.

• Sports Betting: All sports wagers — including those placed on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), the AFC Champions League, UFC, and live football markets — are settled in accordance with eshatoto's Sports Betting Rules. Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, eshatoto's settlement policy shall apply.
• Live In-Play Betting: Wagers placed during live, in-play events are accepted subject to real-time availability. eshatoto reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Any bet placed after the occurrence of a decisive event (e.g., a goal scored) but before our systems update may be voided at eshatoto's discretion.
• Lottery and Draws: Lottery results are final and binding once officially declared. eshatoto is not responsible for disputes arising from results published by third-party lottery operators.
• Manifest Errors: In the event that a wager is accepted at odds that are clearly eroneous — whether due to a technical error, a human entry error, or a miscommunication — eshatoto reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Member's Account.
• Minimum and Maximum Wagers: Minimum and maximum wager amounts apply per game type and market. These are displayed within the gaming interface and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

eshatoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all its services. We recognise that gambling, whilst entertaining, carries risk, and we provide a range of tools to assist Members in managing their play.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session Time-Outs: Members may impose a temporary suspension on their Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, login access to the Account is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for an extended period may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within one business day. Re-activation of a self-excluded Account requires a formal review period.
• Reality Checks: Members may activate automated session reminders showing time elapsed and cumulative wagering during a session.
• Underage Gambling Prevention: eshatoto strictly prohibits access to persons under the age of 21. We support parental control software and encourage parents to use internet filtering tools to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eshatoto Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts simultaneously or sequentially under any name or identification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the Platform in place of human play.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to facilitate any financial crime, including terrorist financing.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information provided to eshatoto.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, lophole, or software vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in abusive, offensive, or threatening behaviour towards eshatoto staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction by circumventing geolocation restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar tools.
• Any act of fraud, including chargebacks on deposits made to the Platform.

All content on the eshatoto Platform — including but not limited to the eshatoto brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text content, promotional materials, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of eshatoto or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, scrape, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of eshatoto.

Game content — including slot graphics, live dealer video streams, lottery interfaces, and sports data visualisations — is provided under licence from third-party game providers and is subject to those providers' respective intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eshatoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings, profits, data, or business opportunity.
• Technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or system downtime affecting access to the Platform or individual games.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement that result from a manifest error subsequently corrected under Clause 8.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your decision to continue gambling whilst subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period that you circumvented.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, eshatoto's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to the Platform during the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

eshatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes — typically no less than 7 days — via a notice on the Platform homepage or by email to your registered address. Changes to these Terms will be effective from the date specified in the updated document.

Your continued use of the eshatoto Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date on which the most recent revision was made. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through eshatoto's internal complaints procedure.

Internal Complaints Process: To raise a formal complaint, Members should contact eshatoto support in writing at [email protected], setting out the nature of the complaint in detail. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a final response within 14 calendar days.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter through applicable consumer protection channels in your jurisdiction.
